More than thirty years of experience in assisting companies in crisis situations and in corporate recovery and liquidation processes. He occupies important public positions in various types of insolvency procedure, as bankruptcy trustee, official receiver, court-appointed technical consultant and certifying officer. He assists companies as an advisor in the planning and completion of M&A transactions.

TRAINING ACTIVITIES AND PUBLICATIONS
He provides training on matters regarding company crises and insolvency on behalf of a number of entities and organisations, including the Foundation of Chartered and Certified Accountants of Padua, the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of Triveneto, the Higher Training School of Tre Venezie (SAF Triveneto), the Faculty of Economics at the University of Padua, Padua Confindustria, Corriere Imprese and CUOA.His articles appeared in "Il Sole 24 Ore" and "Italia Oggi", and in Italian and foreign specialist journals, including "Intertax – Kluwer Law Online", "International Transfer Pricing Journal", "Il Fisco", "Dialoghi di diritto tributario", "Il Diritto Fallimentare e delle società commerciali", "Osservatorio Fallimenti e Società" and "Il Commercialista Veneto". He has co-authored books and specialist publications edited by Il Sole 24 Ore, World Bank and Confindustria Padua.
