Established in 1967 in Padua as a professional association by Antonio Cortellazzo and Renzo Soatto, the Firm steadily developed over the years, gathering professionals who have successfully completed their vocational training within the Firm or with high-profile legal and consulting organizations.

This has gradually created an integrated consulting establishment, whose hallmarks are rigour and style. The Firm assists clients – mostly businesses - in the main economic, corporate and legal fields.
The areas of specialization of each of the Firm’s members are coordinated in such a way as to preserve the traditional relationship of trust between client and professional, through the support of an organization which brings into value the different kinds of expertise.

The purely legal aspects, with special emphasis on commercial and labour law, are followed by two solicitors while, for other specialized matters, the Firm actively collaborates with leading national and international practices.

Activities associated with professional consulting, i.e., administrative services and formal discharges, are carried out by an ad-hoc unit headed by Servizi Professionali Organizzati S.p.A., an investee company wholly owned by the Firm’s members.

The affiliation with national and international professional "Network" guarantees a qualified series of collaborations worldwide.

The Firm has an Intranet-based system, which enables it to share documents and information with clients.

A specific sector, with technological and organizational expertise, focuses its activity on innovative business consulting through the use of informatic systems.

The Firm is licensed for e-commerce certification, in accordance with the WEB TRUST principles enacted by the AICPA (American Institute of Chartered Public Accountants) and by the CICA (Canadian Institute of Certified Accountants).

Some of the members of the Firm lecture at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Padua and at the High School of the local Public Administration..
